No order cancellations are allowed after checkout.
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately, and cancellation is not possible.

2. Refund Policy

We have a no refund policy for all orders.
Refunds will not be issued for buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders, or any other reason.
In case of a damaged product on delivery, the delivery partner is responsible for compensating the customer. ShineON Infinities is not liable for such damages.

3. Replacement Policy

Since we do not accept returns, we also do not offer product replacements.
